Bee Engineering ICT in Porto, Portugal seeks an experienced DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT consultancy. You will design, implement, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS/Azure/GCP, build CI/CD pipelines, and drive automation to improve reliability and speed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and security practices.

Dare to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Networks, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, SRE or similar roles;
• 3+ years driving innovation, prototyping technologies or leading architectural improvements;
• Expert knowledge of Infrastructure as Code principles and practices;
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI or GitHub Actions;
• Solid expertise in Docker and container orchestration with Kubernetes or OpenShift;
• Strong Linux/Unix administration skills and proficiency in Git workflows and branching strategies;
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP;
• Knowledge of application security principles, automated security scanning, secrets management and security policy as code;
• Understanding of compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS, GDPR or SOX;
• Familiarity with AI agents, LLM-based tooling and prompt engineering applied to operations;
• Understanding of AI agent governance, permissions, sandboxing and workflows combining human expertise with AI;
• Experience with monitoring, logging and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk or Datadog;
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Java or Bash, alongside knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures and testing practices.
