Job summary

Fusion Consulting AG is seeking an experienced Change & Training / Site Adoption Specialist to drive organizational change management, user training, and adoption efforts within a complex SAP transformation. You will prepare business users for new systems by developing effective change strategies, training programs, and site readiness initiatives across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), Training, or Business Adoption within large-scale IT projects.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience creating and delivering end-user training materials.
• Ability to coordinate site readiness and user adoption across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management and training strategies for SAP implementation.
• Lead change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
• Design and deliver training programs including instructor-led and digital learning.
• Create user guides and training materials.
• Coordinate site adoption activities across locations.
• Monitor adoption metrics and readiness throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support go-live preparation and post-implementation adoption.
• Address resistance to change and drive continuous improvement.
