Job summary

Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced Change & Training / Site Adoption Specialist to drive organizational change management, training, and adoption within a complex SAP transformation. The role operates remotely from Japan, with travel to client sites as needed, and involves coordinating across multiple locations and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), Training, or Business Adoption roles within large-scale IT or business transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience developing and delivering training strategies and end-user programs.
• Hands-on experience coordinating site readiness and adoption across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management and training strategies to support SAP implementation, transformation, and rollout initiatives.
• Lead organizational change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and site readiness evaluations.
• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs including instructor-led sessions, virtual training, workshops, and digital learning materials.
• Develop user guides, training documentation, communication materials, and knowledge transfer resources.
• Coordinate site adoption activities, ensuring local business teams are prepared for system deployment and process changes.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, local change champions, super users, and business representatives.
• Monitor training effectiveness, user engagement, adoption metrics, and organizational readiness throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support go-live preparation, hypercare activities, and post-implementation adoption initiatives to ensure smooth transitions.
• Identify potential resistance to change and implement continuous improvement measures.
