mc2i is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant to support clients on HRIS projects, including definitions, scoping, and migration workstreams. The role requires solid SAP SuccessFactors knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to work autonomously within cross-functional teams.

You will liaise with HR business users and technical teams, ensure adherence to SAP standards, and contribute to knowledge sharing while growing within a dynamic consulting group.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering, business or related field with initial SAP ecosystem exposure.
• Open-minded with strong interpersonal, analytical and synthesis capabilities.
• Genuine interest in digital HR solutions and SAP solutions, especially SuccessFactors modules.
• Familiar with SAP ecosystem and integration topics with HRIS solutions.

Responsabilités

• Act as interface between HR users, product/tech teams, AMS and vendors while respecting commitments.
• Advise users on SAP SuccessFactors solutions and ensure alignment with product standards.
• Ensure SAP SuccessFactors standards and long-term maintainability and keep documentation current.
• Coordinate, prioritize and monitor enhancements and backlog to deliver value to users.
• Manage SAP SuccessFactors AMS activities for smooth delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
