Job summary

Bee Engineering ICT is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to guide development, architectural decisions and team quality in an international setting. You will lead technical direction across Salesforce Core and Service Cloud, drive governance, and mentor team members while coordinating multi-country deployments.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on Salesforce expertise, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Solid Salesforce experience in complex environments.
• Proven Lead/Technical Lead or Senior Developer track record.
• Strong development, architecture, and troubleshooting skills in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Solid professional experience within the Salesforce ecosystem;
• Proven experience working as a Salesforce Technical Lead / Lead Developer;
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Core and Service Cloud;

• Experience dealing directly with Salesforce Support;

• Availability to work from the office at least once per week.
