Bee Engineering ICT is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to guide Salesforce development, make key technical decisions, and ensure high team quality in an international setting. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on Salesforce Core and Service Cloud expertise, and experience coordinating deployments across multiple environments.

Fluent English is essential, and willingness to work on-site in Lisbon at least once per week.

Qualificações

• Solid professional experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proven experience working as a Salesforce Technical Lead / Lead Developer.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Core and Service Cloud.
• Strong Salesforce development, architecture, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience managing deployments across multiple environments.
• Experience dealing directly with Salesforce Support.
• Proven ability to review and challenge technical solutions and code developed by both junior and senior team members.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce development standards, governance, and best practices.
• Experience working with international and distributed teams.
• Previous exposure to multi-country Salesforce implementations or large-scale rollouts.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Availability to work from the office at least once per week (Lisbon; Coimbra or Braga).

Responsabilidades
