asUgo seeks a Salesforce Tech Lead to drive the technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions across one or more projects in a dynamic, human-centered environment.

You will mentor developers, champion best practices, and lead integration efforts while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical designs. A strong leadership mindset and a passion for continuous learning are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 5–8 years of Salesforce development experience with leadership exposure.
• SFDC certifications: Platform Developer II and at least one Architect track cert.
• Salesforce Cloud Consultant cert is a plus.
• Strong Apex and Lightning Web Components skills; Omnistudio a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions across projects.
• Manage risks and propose best implementation approaches within Salesforce ecosystem.
• Translate business needs into technical designs and escalate to Technical Architects when needed.
• Mentor developers and ensure code quality and architectural coherence.
• Drive integration strategies between Salesforce and external systems and maintain docs.
