Keenfinity Group seeks a senior Specialist for Salesforce Service Cloud to lead the service domain within a modern headless architecture. You will translate complex service needs into a technical roadmap, design scalable solutions, and ensure API access for frontend and integrations.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud experience, strong configuration skills, and mandatory certifications.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud experience in a large enterprise.
• Salesforce certifications mandatory, with preference for Service Cloud Consultant and Advanced Administrator.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as technical authority for Salesforce Service Cloud and advise product/development teams.
• Design, build, and configure scalable Service Cloud solutions (case management, entitlements, knowledge base, omni-channel).
• Expose service data via APIs for headless frontend and other systems.
• Own C2C lifecycle from initial contact to resolution and reporting.
• Define and execute testing strategies and escalate complex incidents.
