Job summary

Airbus Portugal SA seeks a Senior Salesforce Platform Owner within Customer Experience and Central Operations. You will drive CRM strategy, dashboards, and user adoption across regions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize platform value.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, platform governance, and transparent communication with the SC community. A Master’s degree and 4–6 years of CRM/Agile experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field is required.
• 4–6 years of project management and CRM implementations preferred.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CRM data and drive process improvements across regions.
• Own end-to-end user adoption strategy for Salesforce platform.
• Develop and update dashboards and CRM analytics in Salesforce.
• Design onboarding and ongoing training programs for platform users.
