I’ve been working with this client for a number of years, and they have recently opened up a new Tech Hub in Coimbra where they have grown from 0–100 tech and engineering staff in a short period of time. Due to this rapid growth, they are now looking for a Salesforce Developer specialising in Marketing Cloud to help design, implement, and optimise scalable marketing automation solutions for their global customer base.

As their Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, you will be responsible for shaping the marketing automation experience across all platforms. You’ll work with best-in-class Salesforce technologies to deliver personalised, data-driven campaigns while ensuring compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations.

What you'll be doing:

• Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions across multiple regions.
• Develop and optimise email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and journey builder programs.
• Manage data extensions, segmentation, and personalisation to enable targeted marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to maximise campaign effectiveness and engagement.
• Implement automation and integration solutions to improve marketing efficiency.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and maintain technical documentation.
• Ensure best practices and compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
