Role Purpose:

The Salesforce Data 360 Developer is responsible for designing, implementing and optimising Salesforce Data 360 solutions that unify and activate enterprise data. The role works closely with business and technical stakeholders to integrate, cleanse and harmonise data while ensuring strong governance, security and compliance practices. The role enables customer insights, AI capabilities, segmentation and personalisation through a scalable and sustainable data architecture. Additionally, the role ensures that Data 360 capabilities, use cases and investments are aligned to organisational strategy, business priorities and customer experience objectives, helping to maximise the value derived from enterprise data and support long-term digital transformation initiatives.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Work with business stakeholders to understand use cases and data requirements.
• Identify opportunities for customer insights, AI, analytics and automation.
• Translate business requirements into Data Cloud solutions.
• Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce Data 360 solutions.
• Build and manage Data Streams, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs), and Calculated Insights.
• Configure and optimize Identity Resolution and Unified Customer Profiles.
• Develop customer segmentation, audience management, and activation strategies.
• Implement customer data harmonization and Customer 360 solutions across Salesforce Clouds.
• Support data governance, data quality, and profile enrichment initiatives.

Agentforce & AI Solutions

• Contribute to the implementation of Agentforce-powered solutions and AI-driven workflows.
• Support the design and delivery of Einstein AI and Generative AI use cases.
• Prepare and structure customer data to support intelligent automation and predictive capabilities.
• Collaborate with architects and product teams to enable AI-ready data foundations.
• Support AI observability, performance tracking, and governance initiatives.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce Data 360, Salesforce Clouds, enterprise platforms, and third-party systems.
• Configure data ingestion using APIs, databases, middleware platforms, and external data providers.
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and synchronization processes.
• Support event-driven, API-based, and zero-copy integration patterns where appropriate.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance and reliability.

Documentation & Governance

• Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and data flow diagrams.
• Produce integration specifications and implementation guides.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance standards.
• Contribute to development standards, coding practices, and reusable assets.
• Contribute to accelerators, reusable components, and Salesforce best practices.
• Stay current with Salesforce Data 360, Agentforce, Einstein AI, and platform innovations.
• Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the Salesforce community.
• Support mentoring and onboarding of junior team members.

We believe that the right profile for this job should have / be:

• Experience in Salesforce Data 360, including data ingestion, data modeling, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation.
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, and data architecture concepts.
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, or other Salesforce AI capabilities.
• Experience with MuleSoft or enterprise integration platforms.
• Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs).
