Job summary

Next Engineering is hiring a Salesforce B2B Commerce Technical Architect in Porto, offering a hybrid work model (3–4 days on-site per month). You will define the Salesforce B2B Commerce architecture, govern technical standards, and design scalable integrations with ERP, PIM and OMS.

You’ll lead design reviews, mentor delivery teams, and align solutions with business objectives while supporting go-live and ongoing stabilization. Competitive base salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Salesforce Platform Administrator and B2B Solution Architect certifications.
• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and enterprise solutions.
• Hybrid Porto-based role with 3–4 days on-site.
• Experience with B2B Commerce, LWR, and Experience Builder.

What you'll do:

• Define and govern Salesforce B2B Commerce architecture and technical standards.
• Design scalable solutions and integrations across Salesforce, ERP, PIM, OMS and other enterprise platforms.
• Lead technical design reviews, ensuring security, performance and scalability.
• Establish CI/CD, DevOps and development standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development and integration teams.
• Support go-live and post-launch stabilization.
• Align technical solutions with business objectives and the enterprise technology roadmap.

What we're looking for:

• Strong experience in Salesforce architecture and enterprise solutions.
• Proven experience with B2B Commerce, LWR and Experience Builder.
• Strong knowledge of MuleSoft, APIs, integration patterns and Salesforce data models.
• Experience with eCommerce migrations and global commerce environments.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator and B2B Solution Architect certifications are mandatory.
• CTA, Application Architect or Platform Administrator II certifications are a plus.
