Straumann Group in Portugal seeks a Sales Representative (f/m/d) to drive growth in Leiria, Santarém and Castelo Branco by promoting Straumann’s portfolio to dental practices and labs. You will manage accounts, identify opportunities, and deliver compelling presentations to win orders.

You have a strong dental or consultative sales background, 3–5 years of experience, and are fluent in Portuguese with good English.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably Pharma, Medical Devices or Healthcare.
• Strong dental or consultative sales background.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese; English is desirable.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow existing accounts within an assigned territory.
• Identify, target and convert new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute territory and account activity plans.
• Use data and consultative selling to identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Educate customers on Straumann Group products and solutions.
• Build relationships with dental practices and key opinion leaders.
• Negotiate prices and delivery terms and close sales orders.
• Support product launches and cross-selling initiatives.
• Attend trade shows, sales meetings and training sessions.
• Combine face-to-face visits with digital meetings and presentations.
• Develop short- and long-term sales plans for key accounts.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities in Portugal.

The Sales Representative (f/m/d) Straumann Group is responsible for achieving maximumsales growthand account penetration within an assigned territory/group of customers. The Sales Representative (f/m/d) is to promote, sell and secure orders from existing and prospective customers for Straumann’s portfolio. The ideal candidate should have a strong Dental or Consultative Sales background, have somecommercial experience, be a quick learner with strong communication skills and have the ability to showcase the Straumann Group offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition rates and profitability. This position reports to the Area Sales Manager.

Key Activities

Required Capabilities, Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within dental business.
• Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience, preferably Pharma, Medical Devices or Healthcare.
• Prior sales experience with dentists and dental labs is an advantage.
• Experience and proficiency in consultative selling (B2B environment).
• High customer and business orientation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Result oriented; capable to grow net sales and customer base.
• Fluent in Portuguese. Excellent command of English is highly desirable.
• Result-oriented.
• Driver License.
