Working Adventures in Lisbon is seeking a sales-oriented customer service agent to support French-speaking clients. You will handle calls, emails and chat messages, and work with English-speaking colleagues in an international environment.

You’ll receive a two-week paid training, with assistance for housing, banking setup, taxes and health insurance. You will be part of a sunny, motivating team and have growth opportunities in a dynamic setting.

Qualificações

• Fluent French (oral and written)
• Good level of English – spoken and written
• Available for a minimum of 12 months
• Willing to live and work in Lisbon
• At least 18 years old
• European passport

Responsabilidades

• Respond to calls, emails and chat messages from French-speaking clients.
• Identify client needs and problems and log interactions in the internal system.
• Handle inbound calls and emails; make outbound calls when needed.
