Job summary

Devoteam Cyber Trust in Lisbon is seeking an experienced IAM Engineer specializing in SailPoint IdentityIQ to support development, integration and ongoing maintenance of identity and access management solutions. You will design provisioning workflows, build connectors, work within a Scrum team, and collaborate with analysts, testers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, secure IAM services.

English at least B2 is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ integration and development.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and SQL.
• Proven development experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, including workflows, rules, and tasks.
• Experience deploying, configuring, and installing SailPoint IdentityIQ environments.
• Hands-on experience integrating SailPoint IdentityIQ connectors with internal and third-party systems.
• Good command of English, at least B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain the SailPoint IdentityIQ provisioning stack in collaboration with connected application owners.
• Design, implement, and maintain integrations between SailPoint IdentityIQ and other systems using standard or custom connectors.
• Contribute to platform enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives within a Scrum environment.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in technical troubleshooting activities to resolve operational incidents and provisioning issues.
• Monitor, optimize, and automate provisioning workflows to ensure efficient and reliable operations.
• Document integrations, configurations, and development changes in line with technical standards and best practices.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, coordinating with technical leads and product stakeholders.
