Job summary

Devoteam Cyber Trust in Portugal is seeking an experienced IAM Engineer with strong SailPoint IdentityIQ expertise to support the development, integration and maintenance of Identity and Access Management solutions.

You will design, implement and maintain SailPoint provisioning stacks and integrations, troubleshoot incidents, document configurations, and collaborate within a Scrum team to deliver high‑quality IAM capabilities for banking clients.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ integration and development.
• Solid understanding of SailPoint IdentityIQ architecture and behavior.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and SQL.
• Proven development experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows, rules, and tasks.
• Experience deploying, configuring, and installing SailPoint IdentityIQ environments.
• Hands-on experience integrating SailPoint IdentityIQ connectors with internal and third-party systems.
• Good command of English, at least B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain the SailPoint IdentityIQ provisioning stack with connected application owners.
• Design, implement, and maintain integrations between SailPoint IdentityIQ and other systems using connectors.
• Contribute to platform enhancements and continuous improvement within a Scrum environment.
• Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in troubleshooting activities to resolve provisioning incidents.
• Monitor, optimize, and automate provisioning workflows for reliable operations.
• Document integrations, configurations, and changes per standards.
