TMC is a global high-tech consultancy offering Employeneurship, enabling long-term careers with entrepreneurial freedom. We are seeking a Rust Developer to join our Portugal team in Lisbon or Aveiro, on a hybrid arrangement (first month onsite).

In this role you will design, develop, and maintain high-performance Rust applications, build scalable systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of production Rust experience and fluent English.

Qualificações

• 3 to 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Rust in production environments.
• Strong understanding of systems programming concepts.
• Experience with multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Linux environments.
• Experience working with Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using Rust
• Build reliable, scalable, and secure systems
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Participate in software architecture and technical design discussions
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance
