Powerdot, based in Lisbon, is seeking a Network Running Operations Manager to own the operational performance of its charging network across the Portuguese region and contribute to Iberian initiatives.
You will manage the Ranger/Field Technician team, prioritise interventions, and collaborate with hardware suppliers and technical teams to keep chargers available and delivering a reliable charging experience.
Charging your car should feel as natural as charging your phone. That’s the future we’re building: a network of EV chargers where life happens. We don’t just install chargers. We accelerate sustainable mobility. We obsess over partnerships. We grow relentlessly: our network, our partners, and ourselves.
If you’re here, you’re probably not looking for “just a job.” Neither are we. We’re driven by impact and always looking for people who thrive on turning bold ideas into reality. If that sounds like you, you’ll feel at home here. We’re looking for people who see challenges as puzzles, not problems, thrive in fast-growing, high-energy environments, and want to shape the future of mobility, not just watch it unfold. At Powerdot, you’ll get freedom, ownership, and responsibility. The space to experiment. The chance to scale your ideas. And a team that’s always pushing the edge of what’s possible.
As our Network Running Operations Manager, you’ll own the operational performance of Powerdot’s charging network across a Portuguese region, while contributing to Iberian initiatives and projects. You’ll manage the local Ranger / Field Technician team, prioritise interventions, coordinate service providers, and work closely with hardware suppliers and technical teams to keep our chargers available, reliable, and delivering the expected charging experience.
Your mission is to maximise charging network performance by reducing downtime, accelerating issue resolution, and enabling Rangers to deliver the right fix at the right site, at the right time. You’ll ensure that technical problems become solved issues rather than recurring failures, unanswered customer complaints, or lost revenue — while creating an environment where your team feels supported, empowered, and motivated to perform at its best.
This isn’t a “coordinate from a spreadsheet” role. You’ll speak directly with Rangers, service providers, hardware suppliers, and internal technical teams. You’ll regularly visit stations, understand what is happening in the field, and occasionally get hands‑on with the equipment yourself. You’ll combine operational discipline, technical curiosity, data‑driven prioritisation, and strong people leadership to improve network performance across Iberia.
Your day-to-day will include:
The best solutions come from different voices. We’re committed to building a culture where inclusion, respect, and equal opportunity are part of everyday life. At Powerdot, everyone is encouraged to contribute ideas, challenge assumptions, and create positive change. We want every person — whether working in the field, in an office, or across markets — to have the space and support to do their best work. Your voice helps power the future — literally.
