Powerdot, based in Lisbon, is seeking a Network Running Operations Manager to own the operational performance of its charging network across the Portuguese region and contribute to Iberian initiatives.

You will manage the Ranger/Field Technician team, prioritise interventions, and collaborate with hardware suppliers and technical teams to keep chargers available and delivering a reliable charging experience.

Qualificações

• Native Portuguese and professional English required.
• Spanish is a strong advantage when working with colleagues in Spain.
• 2–5 years of effective professional experience with ownership and impact.
• You plan and prioritise across multiple issues with business priorities in mind.

Responsabilidades

• Protect revenue and user satisfaction by reducing downtime and resolving issues quickly.
• Maximise Ranger and network performance by assigning the right site and ensuring first-time fixes.
• Build Iberian scale with cross‑market initiatives across Portugal and Spain.
• Lead field teams with regular site visits and hands-on involvement when necessary.
• Collaborate with partners, hardware suppliers, and internal technical teams to improve performance.
