Descrição da oferta de emprego

Charging your car should feel as natural as charging your phone. That's the future we're building: a network of EV chargers where life happens. We don't just install chargers. accelerate sustainable mobility. obsess over partnerships. grow relentlessly: our network, our partners, ourselves.

If you're here, you're probably not looking for "just a job." Neither are we. We're driven by impact, and always looking for people who thrive on turning bold ideas into reality. If that sounds like you, you'll feel at home here. We're looking for people who see challenges as puzzles, not problems, thrive in fast-growing, high-energy environments, and want to shape the future of mobility, not just watch it unfold. At Powerdot, you'll get freedom, ownership, and responsibility. The space to experiment. The chance to scale your ideas. And a team that's always pushing the edge of what's possible.

About this Role

As our Data Analyst, you'll be part of the Central Data team at Powerdot and will play a key role in the current phase of accelerated growth. Your mission is to transform raw data into clear, actionable insights that power smarter decisions across the business — ensuring every team has the visibility they need to move fast and move well. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

How You'll Shape Our Story

Your day-to-day will include

  • Gathering and transforming data from a variety of sources — including internal databases, external APIs, and surveys, ensuring data is ready for analysis.
  • Analyzing data using statistical techniques — identifying trends, patterns, and insights that drive smarter business decisions.
  • Developing data visualizations — creating clear, compelling dashboards and reports that communicate findings to stakeholders in a concise and actionable way.
  • Partnering with stakeholders — understanding their needs and developing data-driven solutions that address real business questions.
  • Championing data quality — maintaining and supporting a culture of strong data quality across teams and workflows.
  • Staying ahead of analytics trends — keeping up-to-date on the latest tools, techniques, and best practices in data analytics.
  • Mentoring colleagues — coaching co-workers on analytics best practices and helping elevate the team's overall data capability.
This Is About You, Not Us
  • Up to 4 years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — you know how to break down complex questions and find the signal in the noise.
  • Technical proficiency — familiar with SQL, Python, and at least one data visualization tool such as Tableau, Metabase, or Power BI.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop — you thrive in a fast-moving environment and proactively grow your skills.
  • Great communication skills — you can translate technical findings into clear narratives for non-technical audiences.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and complexity — you navigate unstructured problems with ease and bring clarity to chaos.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team — you're self-driven but collaborative when it counts.
The Kind of Energy We're Looking For
  • You lead and listen. Whether you're steering the ship or rowing alongside the crew, you bring others with you and keep communication wide open.
  • You own your stuff. You don't wait for instructions: you see an opportunity, grab it, and make it better than anyone expected.
  • You have a green heartbeat. Sustainability isn't just cool, it's core. You care about doing work that leaves the world a little better than you found it.
  • You balance hustle with humanity. You love the buzz of in-person teamwork, but you also know when to recharge.
  • You grow on purpose. You're hungry to learn, to stretch, and to build something meaningful, not just rack up LinkedIn bullet points.
How you'll be Powered up
  • Flexible working hours: you own your time.
  • Annual offsite where we celebrate the year's achievements and spend quality time together (this year we went to Algarve, Portugal!).
  • Regular team-building events with your local teammates.
  • English Training — as English is our language used to connect with all markets and teams.
  • Free office snacks and unlimited coffee & Meal allowance for every worked day.
  • Special discounts for charging your electric vehicle.
Our Promise To You
