KCS IT in Lisbon is seeking an experienced RPA Support Analyst to join our hybrid team. You will support RPA processes, troubleshoot automation issues, and collaborate with clients and developers to deliver reliable robotised solutions.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or similar, 3+ years in IT application support, and advanced skills with UiPath (3+ years) plus exposure to Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere. Proficiency in C# or VB.Net is a bonus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or similar.
• 3+ years of IT experience on application support.
• Proficient in RPA tools such as UiPath (mandatory 3+ years), Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or other similar RPA tools, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to RPA processes.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze RPA processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Knowledge with programming languages (preferably C# and/or VB.Net).
• Must be in Lisbon (hybrid)

The amazing you, will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or similar;


• 3+ years of IT experience on application support
