KCS IT in Porto, Portugal, is seeking an Amazing: Application Support (French mandatory) with 4-5 years of experience for a Hybrid role in Porto. The ideal candidate will help support business applications, troubleshoot incidents, and collaborate with global teams.

You will work with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy) and have a solid SQL/databases background. English and French proficiency is required, with flexibility for shifts or on-call duties.

Qualificações

• Minimum 4-5 years in Application Support or related roles.
• Strong understanding of business applications and systems.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents and issues.
• Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix and/or Windows environments.
• Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with technical and non-technical users.
• Good level of English and French (spoken and written).
• Ability to work in shifts or on-call, when required.

The amazing you, will have:

• Previous experience in Application Support, IT Support, or Production Support roles.
• Good understanding of business applications and systems.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents and issues.
• Experience working with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix and/or Windows environments.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
