iTRTech Group in Lisbon is seeking a mid-level RPA Developer to design, build, and maintain UiPath automation solutions in a hybrid Lisbon role. You will work with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver end-to-end automations in the energy sector.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of UiPath experience, strong knowledge of REFramework and UiPath architecture, plus English at least B2. 2 days on-site in Lisbon; candidates must be based in Portugal.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of experience developing RPA solutions.
• Hands-on UiPath experience with strong knowledge of UiPath Architecture and REFramework.
• Experience building end-to-end automation workflows and REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Proficient in SQL and relational databases; strong debugging and troubleshooting.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.

RPA DEVELOPER (HYBRID LISBON)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Alcântara)

Only candidates already based in Portugal will be considered.

Work Model: Hybrid – Minimum 2 days per week on-site (flexibility may be considered after onboarding and performance evaluation).

Language Requirements: English – B2 or higher (Mandatory).

Seniority: Mid-level (3+ years).

Sector: Energy.

Rate Between €1700 - 2000 RV.

About The Opportunity

Join a growing automation team responsible for delivering scalable and reliable Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that drive digital transformation across the business. As an RPA UiPath Developer, you will design, develop, deploy, and support end-to-end automation solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders, analysts, architects, and IT teams. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Develop reusable automation components following UiPath REFramework best practices.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into technical automation solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including PDDs, SDDs, and operational manuals.
• Ensure automation solutions meet quality, performance, security, and compliance standards.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production bots and automation workflows.
• Support incident resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and estimation activities.
• Promote automation best practices and contribute to enterprise automation standards.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing RPA solutions.
• Strong hands‑on experience with UiPath.
• Solid understanding of UiPath Architecture.
• Deep knowledge of UiPath REFramework.
• Experience building end-to-end automation workflows.
• Knowledge of exception handling, logging, queue management, and bot monitoring.
• Experience integrating APIs and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.

Nice to Have

• UiPath certifications (Associate, Advanced Developer, or Professional Developer).
• Experience with SAP automation.
• Knowledge of Python.
• Knowledge of C#.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Background in enterprise digital transformation projects.
