About The Opportunity

We are looking for two AI/RPA Developers to design, develop, test and implement intelligent automation solutions that interact with multiple third-party applications.

You will build reliable RPA robots, develop Generative AI solutions through APIs and integrate AI capabilities into existing automation workflows. You will also collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate functional documentation into scalable technical solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity to work at the intersection of Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence, contributing to solutions involving Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning.

Main Responsibilities

RPA Design and Development

• Design, develop, test and implement RPA robots.
• Build automations that interact with multiple internal and third-party applications.
• Develop reusable and scalable automation components.
• Maintain and enhance existing RPA workflows.
• Analyze automation opportunities and assess their technical feasibility.
• Ensure that robots meet business, performance and quality requirements.
• Troubleshoot automation failures and implement appropriate corrections.
• Support automation deployments across different environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for automated processes.

Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI

• Develop and deploy Generative AI solutions using APIs.
• Integrate Generative AI capabilities into existing RPA workflows.
• Contribute to projects involving GenAI, RAG, NLP and Machine Learning.
• Connect automation solutions with Large Language Models and other AI services.
• Test and evaluate the accuracy, reliability and performance of AI-enabled solutions.
• Monitor AI components and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Support the responsible and secure adoption of AI within automation processes.
• Help transform traditional RPA workflows into intelligent automation solutions.

Business Analysis and Solution Design

• Collect and analyze needs expressed by business stakeholders.
• Review functional requirements and supporting documentation.
• Translate business needs into technical automation specifications.
• Identify dependencies, exceptions, risks and integration requirements.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Clarify requirements and ensure alignment before development begins.
• Maintain a strong focus on process efficiency and customer needs.

Testing, Monitoring and Quality

• Define and execute tests for RPA and AI solutions.
• Validate automation workflows before production deployment.
• Monitor the performance and reliability of deployed solutions.
• Investigate incidents, errors and unexpected behaviors.
• Ensure high-quality, reliable and maintainable deliverables.
• Continuously improve software-development and automation practices.
• Contribute to code reviews, technical standards and quality controls.
• Report project progress, risks and blockers clearly to management.

Agile and Technical Collaboration

• Work within a multicultural and multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and delivery activities.
• Use Git for source-code and version-control management.
• Contribute to continuous‑integration and deployment processes.
• Work with Kubernetes and other modern infrastructure technologies.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, analysts and business stakeholders.
• Share knowledge and contribute to the continuous improvement of the team.

Mandatory Requirements

• More than 2 years of hands‑on RPA development experience.
• Practical experience with at least one leading RPA platform:
• Blue Prism — strongly preferred;
• UiPath;
• Automation Anywhere.
• Experience designing, developing, testing and deploying RPA robots.
• Experience integrating RPA solutions with third‑party applications.
• Professional involvement in AI‑related projects.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, RAG, NLP or Machine Learning.
• Experience developing or integrating solutions through APIs.
• Previous software‑development experience with one or more of the following:
• C#/.NET;
• Python;
• Java;
• Angular;
• NoSQL.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Git.
• Knowledge of continuous‑integration tools and practices.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes or similar container‑orchestration technologies.

• Experience testing, monitoring and evaluating technical solutions.

The ideal candidate is an experienced RPA Developer who is also enthusiastic about Artificial Intelligence and intelligent automation.

You have at least two years of hands‑on experience developing RPA solutions with Blue Prism, UiPath or Automation Anywhere, with Blue Prism being strongly preferred. You can independently design, develop, test, deploy and monitor robots that interact with multiple applications.

You have also participated in AI‑related initiatives involving Generative AI, RAG, NLP or Machine Learning. You understand how APIs can connect AI services with existing RPA workflows and are interested in creating solutions that go beyond traditional rules‑based automation.

You possess software‑development experience with technologies such as C#/.NET, Python, Java, Angular or NoSQL and are comfortable working with Git, Agile methodologies, CI tools and Kubernetes.

You are analytical, proactive and quality‑oriented. You communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders, work well in multicultural teams and can clearly report progress, risks and dependencies to management.
