Galp in Sines is seeking a maintenance engineer to lead preventive strategies for rotating equipment in the Iberian refinery landscape, including green hydrogen initiatives. You will drive predictive maintenance systems, perform risk analyses, and mentor teams to ensure reliable, available operations.

You will translate technical findings into clear inputs for leadership, balancing OEM and operations priorities while owning equipment reliability and contract oversight.

Qualificações

• Advanced knowledge of predictive maintenance and condition monitoring practices.
• Experience with RCA and data-driven decision making in refinery/industrial settings.
• Ability to manage technical maintenance contracts and lead stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Define and update preventive maintenance strategy for rotating equipment.
• Drive development of predictive maintenance systems and diagnostics.
• Act as Technical Authority for refinery, leading risk analyses and RCA.
• Influence operations and OEM teams to execute maintenance actions.
• Own reliability and availability metrics for monitored equipment.
• Translate complex findings for leadership and non-technical audiences.
