Dorel Juvenile Europe is seeking a Junior RGM Analyst to join the Finance department and collaborate with Sales, Product and Marketing to drive revenue optimization initiatives.

You will transform commercial and financial data into strategic recommendations that create value for the company and its partners. The role emphasizes analytical thinking and cross-functional teamwork in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in business/finance-related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance analysis in a business environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools is expected.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal, is essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, pricing and margin data to explain results and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in revenue budgeting and forecasting using RGM data and insights.
• Generate clear reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Centralize pricing framework management and coordinate cross-functional adjustments.
