Qualifications

• At least 16 years old (or 18 in California).
• Able to maneuver the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform essential functions including bending, squatting, reaching and standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable with learning technology (computers, hand-held and mobile devices).

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from a sincere greeting to checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers.
• Share product knowledge and enthusiasm with customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store, including POS and payment processes.
• Fulfill omni-channel customer requests through digital experience.
• Collaborate effectively within a team.
