Devoteam is seeking a Frontend Tech Lead to lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers, shaping scalable architectures for our e-commerce platform and ensuring performance, accessibility, and quality across projects.

You will collaborate with product, design and backend teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions, drive coding standards and participate in architectural decisions.

Qualificações

• 6-10 years of professional frontend development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with React and React Native in production environments.
• 4+ years in a technical leadership or senior engineering role with team mentoring responsibilities.
• Experience with state management tools such as Redux, Zustand, or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.
• Design and implement scalable frontend architecture for our e-commerce platform, ensuring performance, maintainability, and accessibility.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development processes across the frontend team.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement in code quality.
• Analyze and optimize application performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions.
• Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and evaluate their applicability to our platform.
• Drive technical decision-making and contribute to the overall technology roadmap for retail and e-commerce initiatives.
• Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding of new frontend team members

• 6-10years of professional frontend development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with React and React Native in production environments
• 4+ years of experience in a technical leadership or senior engineering role with team mentoring responsibilities
• Experience with state management tools such as Redux, Zustand, or similar.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps.
• Good understanding of: Microservices,Event-driven architectures,SQL / NoSQL databases
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Demonstrated expertise in e-commerce platform development and retail technology solutions
• Proven ability to design scalable system architecture and make sound technical decisions
• Experience with performance optimization, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
• Nice to Have experience in fintech, banking, or other regulated environments.
