Dorel Juvenile seeks a Retail Care Representative to support our retail partners and ensure a superior customer experience. You will respond to inquiries via email, manage orders, and maintain strong relationships with store managers and sales staff.

Responsibilities include documenting interactions in CRM, supporting after-sales activities, and continuously improving service with cross-functional teams. The role offers hybrid work and training opportunities within a global juvenile products

Qualificações

• 2 years in customer service or administrative support.
• Fluent in Spanish (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Sales acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
• Excel knowledge with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.

• Serve as main contact for retail partners and internal stakeholders via email.
• Build and maintain relationships with retail store managers and sales staff.
• Process retail orders accurately and manage shipment & stock planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve the retail customer experience and processes.
• Document retailer interactions, complaints, returns, credit notes and resolutions in CRM.
• Support after-sales processes with internal departments (logistics, price checks, returns).
• Stay informed about products, policies, and participate in ongoing training.

Your Mission

As a Retail Care Representative, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners. You will be responsible for providing personalized support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for our retail customers.

Your Main Tasks

• Serve as the main point of contact for retail partners and internal stakeholders, responding promptly to inquiries, requests, and concerns via email.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers, sales associates, and other key stakeholders to foster collaboration and partnership.
• Process retail orders accurately and efficiently, managing efficient shipment & stock planning.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the retail customer experience and streamline processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Document retailer interactions, complaints, returns, credit notes and resolutions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system for tracking and reporting purposes.
• After sales management, which includes supporting internal departments when dealing with complaints, logistics, price checking, products, returns.
• Stay informed about our products, policies, and procedures, participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Your Profile

• 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or related roles;
• Fluent in Spanish (mandatory);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, build rapport, and communicate effectively across diverse departments.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Sales acumen and a results-oriented mindset
• Excel knowledge with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.
• Available for hybrid work.

What we offer

• A salary between 16.500€ and 18.000€ gross annual, based on your experience and knowledge, with room to grow.
• This is a position for 40 hours per week.
• You are eligible for 15 months every year.
• The option is to work hybrid up to 3 days, with 2 joint office days.
• The entitlement to annual leave can be up to 26 days, according to internal policy.
