Qualificações

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus).
• Basic understanding of financial principles including budgeting and cost control.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
