Job summary

A Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) procura um Sustainability Solutions Lead para liderar a oferta global de reporting e analytics em sustentabilidade. O papel envolve trabalhar com várias funções globais, zonas e mercados para entregar soluções eficazes e escaláveis.

Você conduzirá o alinhamento entre prioridades de sustentabilidade, governança de dados e melhoria contínua, com foco em impactos mensuráveis e satisfação das partes interessadas em um ambiente híbrido em Lisboa/Braga.

Qualifications

• Expertiese em reporting de sustentabilidade e estruturas ESG.
• Conhecimento de KPIs de sustentabilidade e ambientes de dados.
• Experiência em programas globais/organizações matriciais.
• Gestão de stakeholders em várias geografias e níveis organizacionais.
• Capacidade de PMO, governança e roadmap de serviços.

Responsibilities

• Conduzir a entrega end-to-end de soluções de reporting e analytics de sustentabilidade.
• Traduzir prioridades de sustentabilidade em um roadmap acionável da NBS.
• Orquestrar uma rede global de especialistas e analistas de sustentabilidade.
• Fortalecer o modelo operacional de sustentabilidade, governança e visibilidade de KPI.
• Impulsionar simplificação de processos, automação e melhoria de maturidade de serviços.
• Liderar governança para ratings externos (CDP, MSCI, Sustainalytics) conforme orientação de Group Sustainability.

Position Summary

NBS is introducing a new global scope for Sustainability Reporting & Analytics, covering reporting, analytics, ratings and benchmarks, responsible sourcing, climate, and water-related services across Group, Zones, SBUs, and Markets. We are looking for a Sustainability Solutions Lead to provide end-to-end leadership for this service line, ensuring effective delivery, governance, optimization, and continuous evolution of sustainability solutions within NBS. The role will act as a senior strategic partner to Group Sustainability and drive alignment across Global Functions, Zones, SBUs, Markets, and NBS.

A day in the life of...

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Sustainability Reporting & Analytics solutions across sustainability reporting, sourcing analytics, ratings and benchmarks, climate, and water domains.
• Translate Group Sustainability priorities into an actionable NBS roadmap, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives, service delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Orchestrate a global network of sustainability specialists and analysts across NBS centers, ensuring consistent, high-quality, and scalable service delivery.
• Strengthen the Sustainability operating model, solution governance, KPI visibility, stakeholder alignment, and capability-building roadmap.
• Drive process simplification, automation, standardization, and continuous improvement to enhance service maturity and stakeholder experience.
• Lead governance and orchestration for external ratings and benchmarks, including priority indices such as CDP, MSCI, and Sustainalytics, under the guidance of Group Sustainability.

What will make you successful

• Deep expertise in sustainability reporting, ESG frameworks, and non-financial reporting processes.
• Strong understanding of sustainability KPIs, data structures, reporting systems, and complex data environments.
• Experience leading global programs or service lines in complex matrix organizations.
• Strong senior stakeholder management experience across functions, geographies, and organizational levels.
• Strong PMO, governance, prioritization, and roadmap orchestration capabilities.
• Ability to operate in transformation environments with complex governance structures.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
