Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a proactive Rental Sales Agent to join our Network & Stations team within Operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a seamless rental experience while maximizing sales opportunities.

Qualificações

• Sales experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in offering optional coverage products, vehicle upgrades, and additional services.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsabilidades

• Handle reservations and process rental agreements with accuracy and professionalism.
• Ensure every customer is welcomed and treated with respect, providing an exceptional level of service from start to finish.
• Maximize sales opportunities by offering coverage products, vehicle upgrades, prepaid options, and additional services with compliance.
• Build rapport with customers using open-ended questions and clearly explain product features and benefits.
• Follow rental policies and procedures to ensure smooth, compliant transactions.
• Assist customers by identifying additional services to enhance their rental experience.
• Provide unmatched service excellence and ensure customer satisfaction at all stages of the rental process.
• Support branch operations by performing duties as requested by management.
