KNWN Local is seeking a skilled video editor to join a pod-based production system that delivers 4 videos per client per month across 15+ clients. You will edit YouTube content that generates leads and sales, working with a team of strategists, writers, and designers.

Expect fast turnarounds, a strong emphasis on quality, and ongoing collaboration to optimize performance. The role requires 2–3 years of editing experience, proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, and a willingness to learn Frame.io,

Qualificações

• Minimum 2-3 years of professional editing experience.
• Portfolio showcasing your best work is required.
• Proficient in DaVinci Resolve; Premiere Pro and After Effects a plus.
• Familiar with Frame.io, Notion, and Dropbox daily.
• Ability to ship high-quality edits on tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Edit and deliver 2 videos per week during the 60-day trial, ramping to 3+ per week with 72-hour turnaround.
• QC your own work against a checklist before submission.
• Communicate daily and stay aligned with the team.
• Report progress daily to maintain seamless workflows.
• Provide feedback to improve future edits and shoots.
• Stay updated on YouTube trends and best practices.
• Organize project files for easy hand-off and collaboration.
• Support promotional content creation from long-form edits.
• Monitor performance metrics and opportunities for optimization.
