Jobgether is seeking a Podcast Video Editor in Portugal to shape high-quality, YouTube-first podcast content. You will transform multi-camera recordings into engaging 60 to 90 minute episodes with precise editing, audio quality, pacing, and strong storytelling.

You will also prepare social media cutdowns and collaborate within an established workflow. The role requires a portfolio of long-form podcast edits, advanced Premiere Pro skills, and the ability to work remotely with structured feedback.

Qualificações

• Experience editing long-form podcast content in a premium YouTube style; samples required.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience with Autopod for multi-camera synchronisation is a plus.
• Dialogue cleanup, audio balancing and basic audio post-production.
• Pacing, visual storytelling, B-roll selection and audience retention in long-form video.
• Identify compelling moments for social media content.
• Respond to structured, direct feedback.
• Attention to detail and organised project files and editing timelines.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection for large media files.
• Adequate local storage capacity for 4K files.
• Ability to work independently and manage project-based assignments.
• Updated CV or resume outlining previous roles and responsibilities.
• Portfolio with direct links showing relevant editing work, especially podcasts.
• Cover letter explaining role, tools, and editing approach.
• Links to 2–3 examples of long-form podcast episodes edited.
• Examples of short-form social clips are a bonus.
• Ability to provide your hourly rate as part of the application.

Responsabilidades

• Sync and assemble multi-camera footage into full-length podcast episodes.
• Edit dialogue with clean cuts, transitions and pacing while preserving conversational flow.
• Clean and balance dialogue audio for clear listening.
• Remove dead air and pauses while maintaining rhythm and substance.
• Identify 4–6 strong moments for social media clips.
• Create rough timelines for vertical cutdowns; final polish by internal team.
• Apply B-roll, overlays to strengthen storytelling and engagement.
• Maintain a clean and organised Premiere Pro project structure.
• Incorporate feedback into revisions and stay aligned with workflow.
• Deliver project-based edits efficiently within timelines.
