Iptor is seeking a Business Transformation Analyst on a contract basis to drive data-driven improvements across Knowledge, AI, Data & BI, and Customer Support platforms. You will lead discovery workshops, map processes, and build backlogs while delivering measurable business outcomes through dashboards and automation.

The role emphasizes Power BI expertise, KPI design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Remote work with international locations is supported.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in business transformation, process excellence, or related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering cross-functional process improvements.
• Hands-on Power BI experience including data modelling and KPI design.
• Working knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
• Experience with low-code/workflow automation or RPA tools is a plus.
• Experience with AI or GenAI use cases.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to understand business needs.
• Map current-state and future-state processes using BPMN/SIPOC or equivalent.
• Identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and improved controls.
• Build backlogs, define process owners, KPIs, and benefit baselines.
• Analyse operational data to identify trends and bottlenecks.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards with Power Query, modelling, and DAX.
• Translate business questions into data, KPI, and analytics requirements.
• Identify AI/GenAI use cases based on value and feasibility.
• Support AI initiatives from requirements through adoption and governance.
• Design or support workflow automation using Power Platform, UiPath, Bizagi, or equivalent.
• Analyse ITSM workflows and service catalogs, SLAs, and reporting needs.
• Prepare executive materials, recommendations, and progress updates.
• Maintain backlogs, actions, risks, decisions, and ownership for initiatives.
• Collaborate with PMs and delivery partners to execute plans.
• Track outcomes and suggest corrective actions when needed.
