Neotalent Conclusion is seeking a Product Owner for a strategic Data & Analytics project. You will evolve the product, manage the backlog, and define requirements to deliver data-driven solutions with measurable business impact.

You will gather needs across stakeholders, write user stories, and collaborate with business and IT teams throughout the development lifecycle. Power BI and data modelling experience are key assets, with advanced PO certifications highly valued.

Qualificações

• Experience in Product Management or Project Management within digital environments.
• Proficient in gathering requirements and managing stakeholders.
• Strong Agile experience with backlog refinement and sprint activities.
• Experience writing user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of Data, Analytics, BI or DW initiatives; Power BI knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and clarify business requirements across stakeholders.
• Translate needs into functional requirements, user stories, and criteria.
• Backlog prioritization to maximize business value.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams through the lifecycle.
• Support Agile ceremonies, validate deliveries, ensure quality through testing.
• Define and monitor KPIs, ROI, NPS and other business metrics.
• Maintain functional docs and alignment among stakeholders and delivery teams.
