LUZA Group is seeking a Software QA Tester to define and execute test strategies, validating end-to-end business workflows and APIs. The role emphasizes both manual and automated testing, regression, and collaboration with developers in an Agile, on-site environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in QA, strong functional testing skills, and experience with Linux, Jenkins, Git, Python, and DB tools. Portuguese and English fluency is required, with remote work possible where feasible.

Qualificações

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Software Testing or QA
• Hands-on experience with functional testing and defect management
• Experience in Banking/Financial markets environments is a plus
• Solid understanding of BDD and test automation frameworks

Responsabilidades

• Define test objectives, scope, acceptance criteria and testing scenarios
• Design and execute test strategies for standalone and functional testing
• Prioritize test cases based on business impact and risk
• Validate application functionality and end-to-end processes
• Execute manual and automated tests to ensure quality
• Perform regression testing and assist release validation
• Test backend systems, services and APIs
• Reproduce, document and track defects throughout lifecycle
• Collaborate with developers and QA to verify resolutions
• Provide visibility into testing progress, coverage, risks and results
• Maintain test docs and ensure traceability
• Contribute to automation framework development and practices
• Utilize Linux commands, Jenkins pipelines, Git, Python, Shell scripting and database tools during testing
• Apply BDD methodologies and automation best practices
• Leverage AI tools to support test design, generation, reporting and knowledge discovery
• Contribute to QA improvements and knowledge sharing
