Qualifications
- 7+ years of software engineering in enterprise environments.
- 5+ years in Technical Lead roles.
- Strong hands-on with Java 21 and modern development practices.
- Experience with Angular, REST APIs, Microservices, Maven, NodeJS and relational DB.
- Proven track record designing enterprise-scale apps.
- Strong Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps knowledge.
- Experience with production support and incident management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
- English proficiency at C1 level.
