Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 6 years of software engineering experience with Java or similar OO language.
• Experience building microservices and distributed/event-driven systems in the cloud.
• Knowledge of service-oriented architecture, domain-driven design, clean architecture, and related patterns.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.

• Solve strategic engineering problems hands on and build reference implementations.
• Design and deliver working software across backend and frontend concerns.
• Automate architectural conformance with AI-based checks and fitness functions.
• Turn ambiguity into actionable, bounded projects using domain-driven design.
• Define measurable quality goals for performance, scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Document architecture evolution and decisions for engineering teams.
• Guide delivery teams through architecture reviews and difficult decisions.
• Communicate technical context clearly to engineers, product managers and stakeholders.
