• 5+ years managing branded social media channels (agency/multi-client preferred).
• Proven track record of driving audience growth and measurable performance across platforms.
• Strategic content planning with strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams to deliver on-brand content.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end social media for BlackBox Strategies and clients.
• Define and implement social media strategies to grow audiences and drive revenue.
• Maintain an actionable content calendar for growth and engagement objectives.
• Leverage AI tools to generate and optimize social content.
• Coordinate with marketing, design, and copy teams to deliver timely content.
• Curate and publish content across platforms like Eurostaffs, Instagram, X, and others.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust tactics to improve reach and conversions.
• Engage with online communities and nurture brand advocacy.
• Stay updated on trends, tools, and algorithm changes; test innovative approaches.
• Build relationships with influencers and partners to extend reach.
