BlackBox Strategies is seeking a proactive Social Media Manager to own the performance of client social channels. You will set strategy, define the content roadmap, and oversee execution across key platforms.

The role requires growth focus, storytelling ability, and collaboration with copywriters, designers, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact content that drives engagement and revenue.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience managing multi-client social media channels.
• Proven track record of driving measurable performance and audience growth.
• Strategic content planning with strong copywriting and storytelling.
• Proficiency in major social media management & analytics tools.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams to deliver on-brand content.
• Basic design or video editing skills; motion/animation a plus.
• Analytical mindset to derive insights and optimize tactics.
• Organized self-starter able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Take end-to-end ownership of social media channels for BlackBox Strategies and clients, driving growth and impact.
• Define and implement comprehensive social media strategies to engage target audiences and achieve brand and revenue goals.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar with clear content type plans to meet growth objectives.
• Leverage AI tools to generate, enhance, and optimize social content.
• Collaborate with creative, copy, design, and marketing teams to source and deliver content on deadline.
• Curate, schedule, and publish content across platforms like Eurostaffs, Instagram, Twitter, and others.
• Monitor performance metrics and refine tactics to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Engage with online communities, respond to comments, and foster brand advocacy.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and algorithm changes; test innovative approaches.
• Nurture relationships with influencers and partners to extend reach.
