Aubay Portugal is seeking a SharePoint Support Specialist to join our growing team. You will assist international clients with SharePoint Online and On-Premises, handle incidents, troubleshoot issues, and provide user support in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

You should have at least 2 years of experience, and fluency in French and English (B2+). The role offers a hybrid remote-working model with strong career development and health benefits.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SharePoint Support or similar role.
• French (B2) and English (B2) proficiency.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint On-Premises.
• Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
