INFUSE is seeking a Senior Product Manager (Special Hires) to lead strategy, development, and implementation of new systems, tools, and processes to power growth. You will work at the intersection of business and tech, turning goals into measurable outcomes.

You\'ll partner with leadership to define vision, translate strategic goals into actionable solutions, own the full product lifecycle, and bridge gaps between business stakeholders and engineering across time zones.

Qualificações

• 5+ years as a Product or Project Manager in a fast-paced digital/tech environment with measurable delivery.
• Proven track record in business process analysis, optimization, and digital transformation.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-informed decision-making.
• Experience building automations to optimize processes and manual tasks.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Self-driven and comfortable working remotely across time zones.
• Nice to have: Business Analysis background.

Responsabilidades

• Define the vision for new solutions and tools that drive business outcomes.
• Transform strategic goals into actionable product solutions, aligning technical capabilities with business priorities.
• Own the full product lifecycle - from discovery and requirements gathering through release, implementation into the business process, and continuous optimization.
• Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and transparency at every stage.
• Analyze existing processes, identify automation opportunities, and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate across business analysts, designers, and engineering - and independently cover niche projects or product stages when needed.
