Tripadvisor seeks a Senior Manager FP&A for Viator to own planning, forecasting, and cost governance across Experiences’ global expenses and headcount. You will partner with leadership to modernize finance using data tools and AI, and will hire and manage our first dedicated analyst as the function scales.

This remote role supports UK, Poland or Portugal, with occasional travel to offices as needed. You will lead partnerships across Engineering, Product, Data, Marketing, and more to drive

Qualifications

• 7+ years in FP&A or strategic finance with modeling skills.
• Experience with large cost and headcount budgets in tech or ecommerce.
• Hands-on with Workday Financial Planning or Hyperion/Essbase.
• Strong data tooling knowledge and AI fluency.

Responsibilities

• Be the finance partner to Experiences functions, delivering clear financial views and leading reviews.
• Own annual planning and regular forecast for fixed costs and global headcount.
• Own approvals for procurement, vendor, and headcount requests.
• Keep headcount and spend data clean and model risk for leadership.
• Replace manual reporting with self-serve dashboards, automation and AI.
