Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical research experience or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of Project Management methodologies in clinical research.
• Broad knowledge of DCT and related areas with regulatory awareness.
• Familiarity with IQVIA core competencies: client focus, collaboration, communication, innovation, ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee strategic development and delivery of DCT studies within contract terms.
• Act as DCT project overseer and main client liaison for the project.
• Set team objectives and lead performance reviews with clear feedback.
• Collaborate with study teams to prepare integrated management plans and milestones.
• Monitor progress, report updates to stakeholders, and manage risks and issues.
• Ensure project quality and financial profitability through efficient resource use.
• Forecast opportunities and accelerate activities to meet milestones.
