IQVIA is seeking Clinical Trial Managers to lead delivery of large, multi-regional studies in line with SOPs and regulatory requirements. The CTM will work with clinical teams to meet recruitment targets and manage project scope, budget, and timelines.

• Requires consolidated knowledge of project management practices and terminology.
• Requires good knowledge of applicable clinical research regulatory requirements, i.e., GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Knowledge of clinical trial conduct and related regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure clinical delivery of assigned projects in compliance with regulatory requirements (ICH-GCP, protocol), contract, and internal SOPs/policies.
• Accountable for meeting recruitment targets and ensuring recruitment strategies are in place.
• Contribute to development of the project risk mitigation plan and manage risks through the lifecycle.
• Oversee quality delivery by identifying and monitoring quality standards and issues.
• Manage project finances including Estimate at Completion and changes against baseline, identifying opportunities.
• Lead as the primary CTM alongside other CTMs on large, global trials.
• Identify stakeholder landscape and manage internal and external communications.
• Support milestone achievements and report to stakeholders per scope requirements.
• Lead resourcing and talent planning for the clinical team and provide coaching to ensure project objectives are met.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback for professional development.
• Adopt corporate initiatives and contribute to clinical delivery strategy for proposals.
