IQVIA is expanding its Clinical Data Management leadership team and is seeking experienced Leads to oversee end-to-end data management delivery for global trials. This fully remote role provides company equipment and focuses on quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance while guiding cross-functional teams to bring new therapies to life.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in CDM (5+ in leadership), strong EDC system knowledge (Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm), and excellent communication skills.

Qualificações

• Bacheloŕs degree in life sciences or related field.
• 10+ years of direct CDM experience with 5+ years in a Lead role.
• Experience with major EDC systems and cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead data management for global clinical trials from setup to database lock.
• Serve as main client contact for data management deliverables.
• Oversee SAE, PK, and external data reconciliation and deployment.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to meet expectations.
• Mentor junior staff and promote best practices.
• Drive process improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.
