Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• At least 5 years of clinical research experience.
• Advanced project management knowledge in clinical trials.
• Understanding of DCT challenges and opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the strategic development and delivery of DCT studies per contract.
• Act as DCT project oversight with customers.
• Set objectives for the project team and assess performance.
• Coordinate with core study team to develop management plans.
• Monitor progress and present project information to stakeholders.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and change controls.
• Ensure project quality and profitability through resource management.
• Forecast opportunities to accelerate milestones and revenue.
• Communicate lessons learned to promote continuous improvement.
