Collaborating with creative and marketing teams, you will test variations, analyze performance, and accelerate ideation with AI tools while maintaining high visual quality and fast-paced delivery.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of professional experience in motion design or related field.
• Strong portfolio: motion design, video editing, paid social storytelling.
• Proven experience with performance-oriented ads on Meta, TikTok, YouTube.

Responsabilidades

• Conceptualize, design, edit, and animate assets for social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube.
• Translate objectives into engaging creative concepts for measurable actions.
• Analyze performance data to identify patterns and drive improvements in future campaigns.
• Manage end-to-end post-production workflows including sound design, VFX, color correction, and typography.
• Adapt creatives into multiple formats, placements, and aspect ratios with clear naming conventions.
