Finastra seeks a Sales & Account Management Associate to manage a portfolio of customer contract renewals, build strong relationships, and drive expansion opportunities across payments and banking solutions. You will collaborate with senior team members, product specialists, and sales to support growth and ensure customer success, with a proactive, digitally-enabled approach.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in sales, account management, customer success, business development, SDR, or client-facing roles.
• Experience managing customer relationships or supporting contract renewals.
• Fluent English communication and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of customer contract renewals and proactively engage customers to ensure timely renewal completion.
• Build relationships with key customer contacts and maintain regular communication.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships through cross-sell and upsell discussions.
• Work with senior account managers, product specialists, and sales teams to support account growth initiatives.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information within CRM systems.
